Great way to start the day. Cleaned the kitchen while making coffee. Catching up on Facebook while drinking coffee and looking at the ocean. Watched this great video by Ray Manzarek, The Doors keyboard player and filmographer.

Yoga class has started around the pool. Not feeling I am able to do it today. Watched for awhile. Joined in a little. I for sure will be in next weeks class. Great teacher wonderful location around the pool looking at the ocean. We had some breathings exercised at the end to balance our breath with nature and the waves. Awesome. We all picked a word from a bag of words. Mine was Joy. It was funny because I have not been feeling Joyful. I feel broken. Hurts to walk from my broken heel from last year , sore knee which the doctor says I need to have replaced because it is bone on bone. But I had some shots of hyaluronic acid and PRP Plasma Rich protein at home with my amazing naturopathic doctor and that has helped a lot. And my recent broken wrist . OMG Yes fell on it December 14, went to the hospital where they put me out and straightened it back out but on December 24, yup Christmas eve, they sent me for surgery where they installed 2 plates and 6 pins. So no walking in Canada on ice in case I fell. and no driving for 3 months. I live in Northern Ontario where it is ice and snow till April. So so happy I had a 2 plates and 6 pins installed. Arrgg. Now I set off alarms at the airport. Fun.Whoops, sidetracked. Back to feeling Joy. We did more breathing exercises and we were to be focusing on whatever word we picked. Like I said, I was not feeling joyful. But the more we meditated and breathed and kept repeating our word in our head, I feel JOY in my body, the easier it became. All of the sudden I had tears coming down my face and I was feeling joy. I let go of the overwhelmed feelings while listening to the sound of the waves and chose to feel joy. I am in the most amazing place in the world right now, exactly where I am supposed to be. I don't have to walk too far anywhere. And if I have to go far, I can flag down a tuk tuk mototaxi and it cost .50 to go anywhere. Food is so inexpensive, I don't have to cook, and I can eat out every day. Life is so so good.
So after our Yoga class, there was a Spanish class. I did that too. It was very interesting and informative. I am absolutely loving this place.
Speaking of airports. I flew down here on January 28, well actually I was scheduled to fly out January 28th but it ended up being January 29 with the snowstorm. And because of that delay, missed the connecting flight in Bogota and had to wait another 5 hours. But that is another story.
